My Bio-

Raised in North Alabama and currently residing in Mobile, I have thoroughly enjoyed all that our beautiful state has to offer. From rural to suburban, industrial to residential, Mobile continues to flourish and supply the best of all worlds! It has been inspiring to work along the Gulf Coast area for the past ten years. I was blessed to have successfully completed my Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering from Auburn University, with the ever-continuing support of my family. After moving to Mobile in 1998, I soon realized that my ultimate purpose was helping serve the needs of others and improve their quality of life. In Real Estate, I found that I could help people everyday to achieve their dreams of owning a home. I was driven to the Real Estate market because, although it is continually changing and evolving, it also continues to provide most of us with more stability than any other investment we will every make. It is my goal to help others realize how home ownership can improve their quality of life and help support their families for the rest of their lives. Through my broad-based experience, top-quality support team, and outstanding customer service, I know that I can provide my clients with the best advantage in the industry. It is, and continues to be, my pleasure to help those along the Gulf Coast make the most informed and rewarding Real Estate decisions.

I have continued in my dedication to provide both colleagues and clients alike, the most up-to-date, accurate information to help them succeed in all their real estate endeavors. I have since completed continuing education courses including Certified New Home Specialist (CNHS), Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), e-Pro, Tax Reduction Institute day seminar “Tax Strategies for Business Professionals” in 2008, Tom Hopkins course “Mastering the Secrets of Closing the Sale” in 2008, and have attended the Century 21 National Convention three times. I was awarded my company’s “Rookie of the Year” award my first year in the business. I have been a Top Producer in my company for the past 3 years, and was awarded Top Performer and Top Producer for my company in 2007. I owe my continued success to my consistent efforts in education and community involvement. I am also a member of the local Women’s Council of Realtors, Mobile Area Association of Realtors, Baldwin County Association of Realtors, and the Mobile Area Home Builder’s Association. I have enjoyed serving my community through Habitat for Humanity and Easter Seals drives. There are many qualities and skills that go into being an excellent real estate professional - integrity, in-depth community and market knowledge, marketing savvy, effective negotiation skills and a high-quality professional network, all of which are hallmarks of how I work.

 

That said, in my experience as a Mobile real estate professional, i've also found that providing the very best service is essentially about putting my clients first. This means keeping myself accessible, being a good listener as well as a good communicator, and responding quickly to your needs.

This "client first" philosophy has always been my approach and it requires me to continually improve my skills and ways of doing business. In addition, I've found that the latest technologies are enabling me to do everything I've always done, only much more quickly and efficiently. New Technology also helps me to extend the range of services I provide to my clients.
